Vegetarian-friendly: Yes
Vegan-friendly: 100%

I know I took forever to add Choices but they've become one of the best vegan spots in Miami (in the old Om Garden space in The Roads).  They've got a huge menu of juices, smoothies, salads, sides, wraps, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, stews, pizza, burritos and beyond.  On weekends they do customizable pancakes which are fantastic (who knew a savory kale and onion buckwheat pancake would be so damn good?) and literally everything I've tried there has been delicious, savory and not overprices as some veg places can be.

The place is called Choices because you can eat any "style" from completely raw to hearty cooked food, and everything there is vegan.  The staff are great and they throw vegan-related events too.  Highly recommended!

Makkah Market serves you the most delicious Falafel sandwich with hummus tomato and pickles. Falafel is a popular recipe from Middle East, consists of chickpeas that are shaped into patties.

It always feel great to enjoy a vegetarian meal. However for those who cannot do most of the time and need to get that protein from their veggies, you can buy vega from food supplement stores. In fact, you can both enjoy the supplement and the veggies as well.

I’m really glad that you mentioned that restaurant because my sister and I loves that vegan spot in Miami. I just hope that there are more restaurants that can offer vegan food.

It is rare that one gets to eat at a vegan restaurant that gives you choices on what to eat. What's good about this cafe is that they hold vegan events to encourage interest in this type of diet.

My sister and I are planning to start a vegan restaurant business too. We already canvassed the supplies needed and consulted an expert for a business strategy. Hopefully by next month we will be in production.

Thank you for posting and giving the information. Honestly, I admire your blog as it catches much interest and has got a very good layout.

I think this is the place that even non-vegan people would enjoy when they choose to eat vegetables at times. It's the "choice" that's given to them, of what to eat and what they don't want. Plus, you can get ideas of what to cook when you're home with the amount of food to choose from.
