The gluten...amazing place, great owner. great vibe. The gluten free pizza does use egg which I "normally" dont mind EXCEPT at pizza fusion the crust they buy it does NOT use free range/organic eggs and I cannot get behind inhumane eggs... anda ll that inhumane treatment...too bad as I would love to have that pizza.
